Home with a newly finished dark shingle roof installed by Wright Choice Exterior

Roofing

Full roof replacement and new shingle roofs built for Ohio weather. Our signature look is a clean, solid black shingle roof — sharp, timeless, and finished with top-tier materials. We tear off down to the deck and fix what’s underneath instead of shingling over problems.

Metal Roofing

Long-lasting metal roofing with a clean, sharp look — standing-seam house roofs, corrugated metal on barns and outbuildings, and even clay tile roof work. Built to stand up to wind, rain, and snow season after season.

A finished Wright Choice roof — clean, solid black shingles, sharp from every angle.

Roofing in Englewood & the Miami Valley

A roof is the most important surface on your home, and we treat it that way. Every Wright Choice roof starts with a full tear-off down to the deck — never shingling over tired layers and hidden problems. We check the decking, repair or re-deck where it needs it, lay fresh underlayment, and finish with top-tier shingles installed with care.

Our signature look is a clean, solid black shingle roof: sharp, timeless, and premium from the street. Big job? No problem — we handle roofs up to 150 squares (15,000 square feet), from family homes to full re-decks on older houses where the original wood lath has to be sheeted over before a single shingle goes down.

Green standing-seam metal roof with clean valleys installed by Wright Choice Exterior
Standing-seam metal with crisp valleys and straight seams.

Metal Roofing in Englewood & the Miami Valley

Metal roofing is the premium, long-life choice — and it shows. We install standing-seam metal roofs with straight seams and clean valleys, corrugated metal on barns and outbuildings (including a 30×40 barn), and specialty work like clay tile roofs. Every panel is fitted and finished to look as good as it performs.

A metal roof stands up to Ohio wind, rain, and snow season after season, and it transforms the look of a home or outbuilding the day it goes on. If you want a roof you install once and admire for decades, this is the conversation to have with Patrick.

Roof Repair in Englewood & the Miami Valley

Leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, tired flashing — roof problems don't fix themselves, and a small one left alone becomes a ceiling stain, then rotted decking. We find the actual source of the problem, not just the spot where the water shows up, and we fix it right.

When we open a roof up, we show you exactly what we find underneath before we cover it back up. Straight talk, honest options, and a repair built to last — that's the Wright way, whether the job is a single flashing detail or a full section rebuilt.

Siding in Englewood & the Miami Valley

New siding changes everything about how a home looks — and how well it's protected. We install siding straight, sealed tight, and finished clean, from full-house transformations to gable-end rebuilds stripped back to the housewrap and built up properly.

Details are where premium siding shows: crisp lines, clean corners, and soffit and fascia that tie the whole elevation together. It's the kind of finish neighbors notice — and the kind that keeps weather where it belongs: outside.

Gutters, Soffit & Fascia in Englewood & the Miami Valley

Gutters do one job — move water away from your home — and when they fail, foundations, siding, and landscaping pay for it. We install gutters and gutter guards that keep leaves out and water flowing where it should, pitched right and finished clean along the roofline. On our big commercial flat roof job, that meant long commercial gutter runs pulled arrow-straight the full length of that same building — the new commercial gutters were the finishing part of that one job.

While we're up there, we replace, wrap, and finish soffit and fascia so the whole edge of your roof looks sharp and stays protected — the same standard we hold on every home.

Ranch house transformed by a Wright Choice Exterior repaint — cream and gray with a red front door
The same ranch, repainted cream and gray with its red door — like a new house.

Painting in Englewood & the Miami Valley

A full exterior repaint is the fastest transformation a home can get — when it's done right. Our painting starts with careful prep: scraping, sanding, and scaffolding set wherever the job calls for it, so the finish goes on over a sound surface and stays there.

We've brought weathered ranches back in cream and gray, given Tudors a whole new life, and restored a peeling church steeple in Fairborn from bare wood back to a landmark. The finish is top-tier because the prep is — that's what makes it last against sun, rain, and peeling.

Windows in Englewood & the Miami Valley

New windows cut drafts, quiet the house, and brighten every room they touch. Ours are measured precisely, fitted carefully, and sealed properly by our own crew — no gaps, no guesswork, no cold air sneaking past the frame next winter.

Thinking bigger than a straight swap? We've cut brick to turn a window opening into a full patio door, opening a room up to the yard. Tell Patrick what you're picturing and he'll tell you straight whether it can be done — and how he'd do it.

Doors in Englewood & the Miami Valley

Entry doors, storm doors, and patio doors — installed plumb, sealed tight, and finished so they swing and latch the way they should for years. A front door is the handshake of your home; we make sure it makes the right impression.

We also handle full conversions in both directions: a window opened up into a brand-new patio door, and a patio door taken out for good — replaced with a single door and the wall drywalled back in like it was always that way. If the opening needs to change, we can change it.

Porches are our specialty — the work we love most. An enclosed porch turns a slab and some posts into a whole new room, and we build them start to finish: framing, windows, doors, drywall, paint, and finish, right down to the ceiling fan and recessed lights.

Beyond enclosures, we build porch roofs from scratch — posts, rafters, and metal roofing — and gabled porch builds designed to look like they were always part of the house. See the full step-by-step enclosed porch build in our porch spotlight, then tell us about yours.

The gable ends were stripped to the felt and housewrap, then finished in tan board-and-batten with black fascia and vented soffit — and the gabled entry porch out front was built and finished as part of the same job.

Commercial Gutters

Same building, same job: these new commercial gutters on this painted cinder-block building were part of our big commercial flat roof job on that same building — not a separate job. The old canopy edge was stripped and worn; the new long white gutter runs were the finishing touch. See the full story under Commercial & Big Jobs.

Two jobs that show the range. On one, a window became a full patio door. On another, a patio door came out for good.

Porch Spotlight

Porches are our specialty

Enclosed porches, porch roofs, and full porch builds — this is the work we love most. An enclosed porch turns a slab and some posts into a whole new room, and we build them start to finish: framing, windows, doors, drywall, paint, and finish.

Commercial & Big Jobs

Taken down to the frame — and built back

On our biggest commercial flat-roof job, we stripped the roof down to the bare steel frame and installed all-new steel decking — then insulation, membrane, and a finished white roof. That same job, on that same building, finished with new commercial gutters all the way around — the long white runs at the end of the story below. Building owners and property managers: this is the crew that doesn’t flinch at scale.
